Why power is the starting point.

For major digital loads, power is not a late-stage utility selection. It is a core site-development input.

Capacity is only one part of the question.

A credible pathway needs to consider where power may be available, the connection and augmentation work that may be required, the likely sequencing of studies and approvals, and how those decisions relate to an operator’s timing.

Start with the system.

Land, fibre, water, cooling, planning and construction remain critical. But they need to be assessed alongside power conditions, not after a generic campus concept has been established.
